Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill, as amended, by striking out, in lines 916 and 917, the words “The commission shall promulgate rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of sections 14 and 15.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- The committee on police training and certification shall promulgate rules and regulations, subject to the approval of the commission, for the administration and enforcement of sections 14 and 15.
