Limiting Retroactive Review

Ms. Sullivan of Abington moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 81, in line 1554, by inserting after the word “section” the following: “, provided further that any action taken by a law enforcement officer prior to the effective date of this action shall not be the sole basis for review by the Massachusetts Police Standards and Training Commission.”
