Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 78, in line 1516, by inserting after the word "endangered" the words "or there is a virtual certainty the evidence sought will be destroyed, there is no other reasonable means available, and such entry does not create a substantial likelihood of harm to those lawfully present therein."
