Clarifying employee eligibility for Division of Standards

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 2, subsection H, by deleting the following, "previously employed by a law enforcement agency or be a retired law enforcement officer or retired from a law enforcement agency;" and adding in its place thereof the following "previously employed by a law enforcement agency in a law enforcement capacity or be a retired law enforcement officer;"
