Amendment #137 to H4860

Massachusetts Sheriffs' Association on Body Camera Task Force

Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 83, in Line 1630 by removing the number "17" and inserting in place thereof the following new language:

"18"

and in Line 1636 by inserting after the word "designee;" the following new language:

"the President of the Massachusetts Sheriffs’ Association or their designee;"
