Oleoresin Capsicum Exemption

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill, as amended, in SECTION 29, line 904, in Section 14 (e) by inserting after the words:  “…rubber pellets or dog was justified.”  The following new sentence:

“Oleoresin Capsicum (O.C.) spray, also known as 'pepper spray' shall not be considered a chemical weapon for purposes of this section.”
