Revocation process discretion for administrative errors

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 10, subsection (a) by deleting, “(iii) the certification was issued as a result of administrative error;” and “(v) the officer has had a certification or other authorization revoked by another jurisdiction” and inserting in Section 10, subsection (b) the following “(vii) the certification was issued as a result of administrative error;" and "(viii) the officer has had a certification or other authorization revoked by another jurisdiction"
