K9 dog use

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 14, subsection (e) by inserting in the last sentence after the phrase "or dog was justified" the following: "; provided, however that nothing in this section shall limit the lawful use of a K-9 dog for drug detection, cadaver or evidence location, explosive detection, or missing person identification purposes."
