Ms. Sullivan of Abington moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 81, in line 1554, by inserting after the word “section” the following: “, provided further that any action taken by a law enforcement officer that has been fully adjudicated prior to the effective date of this section shall not be the sole basis for review by the Massachusetts Police Standards and Training Commission.”
