Amendment #33 to H4860
Deadly force incidents
Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 29, line 884 by inserting the words:- "unless the totality of the circumstances reveal such force was a necessary response to a deadly force incident, and that said action was taken to prevent immediate and life-threatening harm to the officer or another", at the end of the last sentence in subclause (c).
