Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill, as amended, by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:

“SECTION XX:  Section 5G of Chapter 12 is hereby amended in the first paragraph by striking the words, “a member of the general court” after the word, “auditor”.
