Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 29,, subsection (a) in line 5, after the words “consist of 2” by inserting the following; “or more” and in subsection (d) in line 2, after the words “mental wellness”  by inserting the following; “, stress management,”SECTION 29, in Chapter 6E, by deleting the following, "“Necessary”, required due to a lack of an available, effective alternative that was known or should have been known to a reasonable person in the circumstances." and adding in its place thereof the following "“Necessary”, required due to a lack of an available, effective alternative that was known or should have been known to a reasonable law enforcement officer in the circumstances.;"
