Amendment #64 to H4860

Authority for Commission to set complaint threshold

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 29, in line 674, in Section 8 (b), by inserting at end thereof, the following sentence: 

"Except that, the commission may establish a minimum threshold and streamlined process for the reporting or handling of minor complaints that do not involve the use of force or allegations of biased behavior."
