Preponderance of Evidence as the Burden of Proof for License Suspension and Revocation

Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, González of Springfield, Miranda of Boston, Moran of Lawrence, Elugardo of Boston, Holmes of Boston, Tyler of Boston, Santiago of Boston, Williams of Springfield, Devers of Lawrence, Tosado of Springfield, Vega of Holyoke and Sena of Acton move to amend the bill, as amended, in section 29, in line 779, by striking out the words "clear and convincing evidence" and inserting in place thereof the words "a preponderance of the evidence"

And move to further amend the bill in in section 29, in line 810, by striking out the words "clear and convincing evidence" and inserting in place thereof the words "a preponderance of the evidence"
