Publicly Searchable License Database

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, by striking out, in lines 592 to 594, inclusive, the words “(h) The committee, in consultation with the division of police standards, shall create and maintain a database containing records for each certified law enforcement officer, including, but not limited to:” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “(h) The committee, in consultation with the division of police standards, shall create and maintain a publicly available and searchable database, on the commission’s website, containing records for each certified law enforcement officer, including, but not limited to:”.
