Representatives Whelan of Brewster and Poirier of North Attleborough move to amend the bill, as amended, in section 83 and then in line 1630 by striking the number “17” and inserting in it's place the number:- 21, and inserting after the words, “constitutional or civil rights law” in line 1635 the following:- a member to be appointed by the chairperson of the Massachusetts Minority Law Enforcement Officers Association; a member to be appointed by the chairperson of the Massachusetts Minority State Police Officers Association; a member to be appointed by the chairperson of the Massachusetts Latino Police Officers Association, a member to be appointed by the chairperson of the Massachusetts Association of Women in Law Enforcement;
