Ms. Robinson of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8028, in line 64, by striking out by “$5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof  “$15,000,000”; and in said item in line 65 by striking out the figures “$15,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$30,000,000”.
