Ms. Gouveia of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 7, in line 817, by striking the number “9” and inserting in place thereof the number “10”; in line 819 by striking subsection (6) in its entirety; in section 8, in line 856, by striking the number “9” and inserting in place thereof the number “10”; in line 858 by striking subsection (5) in its entirety; and in section 11, in lines 893 through 926, by striking section 2JJJJJ in its entirety.
