Repealing the sales tax on boats built or rebuilt in the Commonwealth to encourage relief of restaurant and small businesses post COVID

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 110 the following section: "SECTION 110A. Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:—(yy) Sales of boats built or rebuilt and delivered in Massachusetts by Massachusetts craftsmen.
