Ms. Gouveia of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8002, in line 14, after the words “industrial parks,” by adding the following: “provided further, that disbursement of funds be prioritized in municipalities with a 12-month average unemployment rate that is above the state-wide average.”
