Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:-

“SECTION XX.  Section 20 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words “not more than 1 permit in any city or town.””
