Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8035, in line 157, by inserting after the word “forgiveness” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the reimbursement of COVID-19 expenditures in the Town of Tyngsborough"
