Fitchburg State University Theater Block Renovation

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8031, in line 98, by inserting after the word “year” the following:-

; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Fitchburg State University theater block renovations.
