Mr. Cassidy of Brockton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7002-8031, in line 98, by inserting the following; "and provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the Brockton Cape Verdean Association for maintenance, repairs, and additions to the building."
