Affordable Housing in perpetuity

Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 23, in line 1064-1065, by striking the words “for a period of not less than 30 years” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “in perpetuity”; and

in said section 23, in line 1071, by striking the words “for a period of not less than 30 years” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “in perpetuity”.
