Mr. Schmid of Westport moves to amend the bill by inserting in Section 2, line 108, after the word ‘immigrant.’ the following, "provided further that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended to New Bedford Public Schools in collaboration with the Marion Institute for the Center for Community Agriculture & Food Security to benefit the SouthCoast region"
