Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 0640-0303, in line 183, by inserting after the word “museums” the words “provided further, that not less than $75,000 be provided to the Winchester Historical Society to increase remote access to enhance and provide remote programming” and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,075,000"
