Reading Downtown Parking Management

Representatives Jones of North Reading and Haggerty of Woburn move to amend the bill in SECTION 2, in item 7002-8031, in line 98, by inserting after the words "fiscal year" the following: - "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the implementation of a parking management program in downtown Reading"
