Norton Rt. 123 Expansion

Mr. Barrows of Mansfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8031 by adding after the words “fiscal year”, in line 98, the following:- “provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for infrastructure along Route 123 in Norton.
