Reauthorizing Funds for Mass Food Trust

Mr. Donahue of Worcester moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 122 the following new section –

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the unexpended balances of all capital accounts authorized in Line Item 7002-8014, Chapter 219 of the Acts of 2016, which otherwise would revert on or before June 30, 2021, but which are necessary to fund obligations during fiscal years 2021 through 2025, inclusive, are hereby reauthorized through June 30, 2025.
