Distance from Public Transit

Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 23, in line 1060, by inserting after the word "mile" the following:- "walking distance";

and in section 23, in line 1061, by striking the words “ferry terminal or bus station” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “or ferry terminal, or that is located within ¼ mile walking distance of a bus station”.
