Athol Historic Tax Credits

Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following " Historic tax credits that were allocated by Massachusetts Historical Commission to the developer of the Union Twist Mill Project in Athol be transferred in their entirety to NewVue Communities for the development of housing at the Riverbend/Ellen Bigelow Schools in Athol".
