Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8029, in line 74, by inserting after the word “funds” the words "provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended to the Leo M. Birmingham Parkway Trust Fund which shall be used for the purposes of advancing recreational, educational and conservation interests including, but not limited to, the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure improvements for the parcel of land"
