Enhancing pedestrian and bicycle access to business center in Alewife

Mr. Hecht of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7002-8032 by inserting in line 108 after "immigrants" the following: "; provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the design of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge connecting businesses, housing, and public transit in the Alewife section of Cambridge"
