Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8027, in line 57, by inserting after "guidelines"  the following:  "provided further that not less than $1000, 000 be provided to the Town of Arlington for an East Arlington parking management study
