Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 7002-8028, Lines 63-64: add the $5,000,000 here so it should read as a total of $20,000,000. Language can now read, "provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be given to minority-owned businesses."
