Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill at the end thereof Line Item 7002-8031 “To help alleviate the water shortage in the Town of Lancaster provided further that no less than $300,000 be awarded to the town of Lancaster to be used for the creation of a new well system.”
