New North Citizens Council IT

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-8035, by inserting after line item 7002-8035, the new line item 7002-8036: "provided further not less than $150,000 be provided to New North Citizens Council for Youth and Senior IT Data instruction programming. The program will concentrate on getting low income residents to qualify for the Comcast Essential program available to low income residents"
