Fair Payment for the Use of TeleHealth

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:

SECTION X.  Section 36 is amended to read in its entirety:

SECTION 36.  Sections 34 and 35 are hereby repealed.
