Out of network reimbursement for emergency services

Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following:

Section 1.  In Section 35 (b) line 720, in (c) line 728, and in (d) line 734, after the word “services”, the following:  “for COVID related care”
