Dietitian Telehealth Services

Ms. Balser of Newton moves to amend the bill, as amended, in SECTION 4, in Chapter 32A, in Section 30 (a), in line 30, by inserting, after the words “pursuant to chapter 112.” the following: Eligible health care services shall also include services delivered to a patient via telehealth by an independently operating dietitian or nutritionist.
