Amendment #18 to H4912

Environmental research permitting

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill, as amended, by inserting the following new section:

"SECTION XXXX. Shall instruct the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries to issue a white shark research permit to OCEARCH for the purpose of advancing its work to collect data that influences public safety measures and to better understand this apex species.
