Coastal erosion mitigation study

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill, as amended, by inserting the following new section:

"SECTION XXXX. The Department of Environmental and Energy Affairs shall conduct a study on best ways to implement wave attenuation devices along the Atlantic Coast of Southeastern Massachusetts".
