Direct BBRS to Keep On Stretching

Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:-

Section XX: Section 94 of chapter 143 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding, in subsection (o), following the words “state building code” the second time it appears, the following:- “and the stretch energy or zero energy code”.
