Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 20, in line 276, by striking the figure “19” and inserting in its place the following:- “21” and moves to further amend the bill by inserting in line 287, after “the electric distribution companies located in the commonwealth” the following:- “2 of whom shall be a representative from each of the natural gas distribution companies located in the commonwealth”
