Ensuring Climate Benefits for All Residents

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section 9, in lines 74 and 75, by striking the words “and (xi) recommendations for future policy action.” and inserting in place thereof the following words: (xi) a detailed summary of the steps taken by the commonwealth to improve or mitigate economic, environmental and public health impacts on low or moderate-income individuals and environmental justice populations; and (xii) recommendations for future policy action.
