Ensuring Climate Benefits for All Residents

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, in section five, line 39 by inserting after the word "chapter" the following sentence:

The report required by this section shall include or be accompanied by a detailed summary report of the steps taken by the Commonwealth to benefit or mitigate against economic, environmental, and public health impacts on low or moderate-income people or any environmental justice populations within said timeframe.
