Amendment #53 to H4912

Ms. Robinson of Framingham moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:

Section XX:

“Chapter 25 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in Section 1 after the word "noticed." the following: The department shall, with respect to itself and the entities it regulates, consider and balance safety, reliability of service, resilience, affordability, equity, and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions to meet statewide greenhouse gas emission limits established pursuant to section 3 of chapter 21N, while also fostering innovation in new technologies.”
