MBTA Annual Energy Usage Reporting

Ms. Robinson of Framingham moves to amend the bill, as amended, In Section 8, in line 70, by inserting after "section 5" the following: “(l) The secretary with the Secretary of Transportation shall determine and publish on a public website the annual energy usage by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority by primary and secondary energy type including but not limited to overall operational electric usage, overall operational heating and cooling demand, and energy use from buses in aggregate and from each line of the Commuter Rail and Subway respectively.”
