Amendment #63 to H4912

Clean Air In Gateway Cities & Environmental Justice Communities

Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Every municipality that is a Gateway City and contains 2 or more Environmental Justice communities /census blocks shall have an air monitoring station managed by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) that at least measures PM2.5 fine particulate matter and at least two other trace pollution elements.
